Savory “Everything Bagel” Seasoning Biscuits

These quick, protein-rich biscuits are a fun twist on a classic everything bagel — but lighter, faster, and made with simple ingredients. Fluffy on the inside with a signature savory crunch on top, they’re perfect for breakfast, snacks, or lunch boxes. Kid-approved and ready in minutes!

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp “Everything But The Bagel” seasoning (plus extra for topping)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

 

Directions:

 

1.   Preheat the oven  to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with oil or use silicone muffin molds.

2.   In a small bowl, whisk the egg and cottage cheese until smooth.For a fluffier biscuit, you can blend the cottage cheese and egg in a mini blender.

3.   Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 tablespoon of Everything Bagel seasoning. Mix until a thick batter forms.

4.   Scoop the batter onto the baking sheet (you can make one large biscuit or two smaller ones). Sprinkle extra seasoning on top.

5.   Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuit is golden brown and set in the center.

6.   Let cool for a couple of minutes before removing from the tray. Serve warm, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
