PANTRY MAKEOVER​
​
Together, we'll look through your pantry and refrigerator to help identify your existing food items - which foods are best for you to eliminate and those that you may want to add into your healthier lifestyle.
Change is a process. My efforts are very low key and respectful. I won’t grade you, your pantry, or what you eat. My goal is to help you make the best decisions nutritionally for you and your family.
Cost: $100/hour. Most Pantry Makeovers can be done in 1-2 hours.

GROCERY SHOPPING EXCURSION​
​
The grocery shopping excursion is perfect for those who want to understand and learn how to confidently navigate the grocery store and make healthier food choices. This excursion (typically 1 ½ - 2 hours) consists of a field trip to a local grocery store with me. You will learn to identify healthy foods, and to read labels.

HOW-TO-COOK SESSIONS​

I’m a firm believer that if you’re armed with a few basic techniques and recipes, you’re far more likely to meet your health and wellness goals. Keep it simple. Nothing elaborate, just simple, nutrient-packed recipes: a kick-ass roast chicken, pistachio-crusted salmon, green smoothies,
zucchini noodles with pesto, frittatas, simple desserts, and more.
Cost: $200/hour (does not include cost of food)

COMBO PACKAGE​
​
You can choose the Pantry Makeover + Grocery Shopping Excursion, or the Grocery Shopping Excursion + Cooking Class, or any combination that will suit your needs. Instead of paying for two individual classes for a total of $400, get the Combo for $350 (+ additional food costs).
