This is a variation on the 2 ingredient Cottage Cheese Bread recipe
Talk about protein! This bread is basically all protein! Hardly any carbs, and perfect for those following a:
- keto
- grain free
- low carb
- high protein
- yeast free diet!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites, I like Judee's on Amazon)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cultured cottage cheese
1 TB Goat Milk Cream Cheese (can use regular)
3/4 scoop Protein Powder
2 TB Allulose Sugar
2 TB Cocoa powder
Directions:
Using a stand or electric mixer, whip egg white powder with water until stiff peaks form. Blend all other ingredients in food processor until smooth. Fold into the egg white fluff. Transfer to a lined bread pan, silicone molds, etc and bake until done at 350 F. Time will vary depending on mold size you're using.
The variations for this are based on your creativity; cinnamon, nutmeg, apple pie spice, vanilla bean or vanilla extract, vanilla protein powder...
