Hi, I’m René Caruso
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in nutrition, exercise, metabolic health, longevity, culinary arts, and human performance. But my work is also deeply personal.
I know what it feels like to be consumed by food.
To hide your eating behaviors from the people you love. To lose weight, regain it, and feel as though you’ve failed yet again. To exercise excessively in an attempt to undo what you ate the day before. To live with cravings, bloating, digestive issues, guilt, and the constant mental noise surrounding food.
I also know what it takes to come out the other side.
My own journey taught me that food obsession, low energy, weight struggles, and declining health are not simply failures of willpower. They are often signs that the body is not functioning as it should—and that much of what we’ve been taught about nutrition, dieting, and aging has failed us.
Today, I work with women and men who are ready to restore their health, improve their metabolism, increase their energy, and build a more peaceful relationship with food.

Im able to pick up where many traditional coaches leave off by addressing a deeper dimension to your weight loss, emotional eating, binge eating, fatigue, digestive issues and body image issues others may skim over. Finding balance through nutrition is not through deprivation or creating lists of what is good or bad foods for you. Instead, we work towards using foods you’ll enjoy to make them part of sustainable routines, based on how your body can best utilize them.
In each program, we will meet virtually. One-on-one and group meetings held via zoom or telephone no matter where in the world you live.
